Mountain House NY LLC is hiring a Senior Accountant in New York City to review prepared asset, liability and capital account entries; review accounting records to prepare financial statements; review payroll and tax filings; reviewing monthly company budgeting preparation; complete database backups to secure financial information; audit financial systems and advise on tax issues for leading Asian restaurant group. $72,000 per year.

Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor's in Accounting or closely related field and 2 full years of experience in the following: preparing asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information using QuickBooks and Xero accounting software; independently developing appropriate financial systems for restaurant management company; reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information; completing database backups to secure financial information; preparing financial statements and producing budget according to schedule; preparing reports including balance sheets and profit and loss statements according to GAAP and financial reporting standards; and making recommendations for financial actions based on accounting analyses in the Asian hospitality industry.
