Housing Tax Credit) properties, ensuring compliance with
regulations, and maximizing financial performance. The role

properties. Description Oversee a portfolio of LIHTC properties,
ensuring regulatory compliance Conduct financial analysis and
reporting for each property Liaise with property management teams
to optimize operational performance Interact with investors and
lenders, maintaining strong relationships Develop and implement
strategies to maximize property value Monitor changes in LIHTC
regulations and advise on implications Conduct property site visits
as required Manage any property-related issues or disputes MPI does
