Job Title: Risk Lead Global Markets Operations Hybrid Location:
Jersey City, NJ 07302 Pay Rate: $42.56/hour on W2 (paid weekly)
Schedule: Hybrid - Minimum of 3 days onsite Monday-Friday from 8:00
A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Start Date: ASAP, pending onboarding completion
Contract Length: 7-months, with possibility for extension or
conversion to full-time This is your opportunity to join a

company whose investment banking and auxiliary sectors are
headquartered in Manhattan, NY! Overview The Risk Lead partners
with Global Markets Operations (GMO) teams to identify, assess, and
mitigate risks while strengthening the overall control environment.
As part of the first line of defense, this role provides
independent oversight, promotes strong risk practices, and supports
operational excellence across GMO. Responsibilities Document and
monitor operational issues/events through full lifecycle to ensure
sustainable remediation. Ensure timely risk identification,
escalation, and closure. Provide guidance to GMO teams on risk and
control topics using the banks risk framework. Support internal
audits and reviews with Internal Audit and Global Compliance.
Partner with GMO Operations areas such as Exchange Traded
Derivatives, Collateral & Relationship Management, and Shared
Operations. Handle global ad hoc Operational Risk & Control
(OR&C) requests. Required Skills & Qualifications Processlevel
risk background; ability to manage multiple deliverables. 5 years
Global Markets Operations experience (Risk & Control, Compliance,
or Audit a plus). Strong control mindset and ability to challenge
the status quo. Excellent problemsolving, communication, and
organizational skills. Understanding of enterprise risk frameworks
and application to operational processes. Strong collaboration
skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and executive reporting.
Background in Markets Operations or Risk required. TM2
