All current and newly hired employees who are unvaccinated will be required to adhere to onsite safety protocols.Description:The Project Manager works with the entire team to facilitate the day-to-day field operation and coordination of their project(s). Project Managers are responsible for the following duties: estimating, preparation of bid proposals, client negotiations, material procurement, subcontract awards, scheduling, job coordination, cost controls, invoicing, quality control, preliminary design, and the management of punch list items. This position reports to the Office and Real Estate Manager.-- - - Facilitates Project Managers for cross-department initiatives.-- - - Includes scheduling and scribing kickoff/recurring meetings, developing meeting agendas, and managing stakeholder communication by following up on status to ensure deliverables and milestones are met.-- - - Compiles data from numerous sources based on project scope and progress; summarizes data and inputs the data into the LM Buildings Projects folders.-- - - Administer the schedule of assigned projects and tasks from inception to closeout to ensure results are achieved.-- - - Organizes, tracks, and communicates information critical to the operations to help ensure goals are met and important items are monitored and addressed in a timely manner.-- - - Organize files in the LM Projects.-- - - Be efficient and effective in multi-tasking, working within a team, both on day to day and project-oriented tasks.-- - - Manage tasks effectively and complete projects as expected.Basic Qualifications:- Minimum (5) years relevant experience in architectural and commercial construction- effective oral and written communication skills- computer literate with skills in Microsoft OfficeBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
