Join a busy legal team, supporting inbox management, digital file conversion, and case tracking. You'll work closely with attorneys to keep things organized, efficient, and moving forward. What You'll Do: Monitor and manage the legal inbox; forward, respond, and track communications Convert physical files to digital and maintain organized records Keep attorneys up-to-date with case progress via tracking spreadsheets What You'll Need: 2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams) and PDF management Ability to work independently, handle confidential info, and communicate clearly
