The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and committed to outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage multiple installation crews Motivate crews and maintain positive team morale Ensure all irrigation, outdoor lighting, and drainage work meets company standards Manage schedules to keep projects on time and running efficiently Troubleshoot field issues and provide effective problem-solving solutions Communicate with clients throughout the installation process Maintain organized job documentation and professional jobsite practices Qualifications 5 years of irrigation industry experience Valid, clean drivers license (subject to insurance approval) Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong leadership and team-motivation skills Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Effective time management and organizational skills Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus Why Join Green-Way Irrigation?
