A good driver with a driving record to prove it. You don’t speed, you’re cautious – ESPECIALLY with other people’s property. You can also drive a standard transmission. Vroom, vroom! A team player. You’re open to different opinions and can help motivate your team. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Experience: Strong customer service experience. Cash handling experience is preferred but not required. Skills: Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Ability to work nights and weekends is a must. Able to work 5:00pm - 1:00pm shifts as needed. Flexible to work events with prior notice. Willingness to be flexible, work multiple facility locations. Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations. Must be able to work unsupervised. Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded). Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness. Excellent team building and interpersonal skills. Physical Demands: Willingness to work in the elements heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds. Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time. Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
