Job Description Job Description We are looking for a skilled
Customer Service Representative to join our team in New York, New
York. This is a Contract to permanent position within the dynamic
Real Estate & Property industry. The role requires a
detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and
the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and
efficiently. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound and outbound
customer calls, ensuring a positive and helpful experience. •
Address customer inquiries via email correspondence in a timely and
accurate manner. • Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update
customer records accurately. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to
manage and organize information effectively. • Schedule
appointments and coordinate with customers and internal teams. •
Process order entries while maintaining a high level of attention
to detail. • Apply call center and customer service expertise to
resolve issues promptly. • Use Yardi software to assist with
property management-related tasks, if applicable. • Collaborate
with other departments to ensure seamless customer support.•
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call
center role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
• Experience with Yardi software is highly preferred. • Strong
communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to
multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Prior
experience in the Real Estate & Property industry is a plus. • Must
be available to work onsite at least three days per week.
