Job Summary Perform setup, mixing, filling, operation and troubleshooting of filling equipment. Be able to hand fill cartridges and syringes. Duties & Responsibilities Follow operating procedures, including: ISO procedure, safety rules, PPE requirements, and SDS’s Fill orders based on the information on the fill ticket. Fill out requisitions for raw materials and non-inventory items. Inventory cycle count Weigh materials and heat materials Equipment used: Tridak and cartridge filling machines. Quality in-process inspection of materials. Perform all required maintenance, inspection, and troubleshoot machinery Performs other related duties as assigned. Skills & Abilities Be articulate and able to work collaboratively, both internally and externally, as a team player. Accept direction and supervision, while possessing the initiative to make independent decisions. Possess the highest levels of personal and professional integrity. Work meticulously, neatly, precisely and with a high level of accuracy. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of MRP & ERP systems a plus Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Information & Compensation & Benefits Schedule: 1 st Shift 8:00 am-4:30 pm M-F Pay: This position has a salary range of $19.00 - $20.20 per hour. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location Bonus Pay: HOURLY Meridian is actively participating in a productivity incentive plan for 2025. Eligible employees have the opportunity to earn up to $1,520 a year, with payments distributed quarterly throughout the year.
