**ABOUT US**

The Campus Senior Manager will take strategic leadership and responsibility for the people, financial and operational elements of a number of client Campus recruiting services. They will be responsible for the P&L of their account(s). They will drive operational excellence, leading their teams to deliver all contractually agreed services within the solution(s). The Campus Senior Manager will act as a trusted strategic partner, driving business development to varying degrees depending on the accounts' growth potential and will own business development activities such as renewal, RFP/RFI or service expansions. They will also work closely with AMS Advisory areas of expertise in supporting clients with their early careers strategy and oversee the delivery of these services into early careers solutions. The Campus Senior Manager will inspire and motivate their teams, role model AMS behaviours, prioritise team wellbeing, engagement and retention and participate in US regional Campus succession planning and team/leadership development. They will report to the US Campus Client Director

**THE ROLE**

**PEOPLE**

- Role model Leadership for all people within account(s), co-creating the Account Plan with Client Director and ensuring it is understood and can be articulated by the account team

- Develop AMS talent for the future through robust hiring and driving performance and development, wellbeing, engagement and ultimately retention
- Empower Ops Managers to lead their teams, ensuring the whole account knows what is expected of them, how they're performing and have the knowledge and skills to be the best they can be at AMS

**CLIENT**

- Build strong and influential relationships with client stakeholders. Bring outside thinking and insight to those discussions

- Accountable for Client Satisfaction including the resolution of all service issues
- Collaborate with Service Development Team to bring new services or products to clients

**FINANCIAL / COMMERCIAL**

- Take full responsibility for P&L of account(s), meeting budget targets and accountability for forecasting accuracy

- Lead on the annual renewal of Statement of works for Campus services and associated commercials where applicable
- Support the Client Director in contract re-sign, implementation, remediation and / or stabilization, drawing on AMS resources as and when necessary

**OPERATIONS**

- Accountable for delivery and seamless receipt of multiple AMS products, services and / or integrated propositions into your client(s) Campus solutions.

- Accountable for meeting compliance, risk and audit standards in line with AMS Policy and Procedures as well as client requirements and for having an up to date Operations & Governance Manual, Training Plan. Ensure the logging of information onto the EC&C Risk Register and to ensure any escalations are recorded on any relevant account Issues Log. Support the Client Services Director with the drafting of Contract and Change Control notes.
- Facilitate initiatives by Performance Management CoE to ensure reporting is at optimum efficiency, embedding this in the team.

**SERVICE INNOVATION / EVOLUTION**

- Drive innovation of service, creating and maintaining a continuous improvement plan and presenting ideas and opportunities in the relevant forums such as QBRs or mid / end of campaign reviews.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**PEOPLE**

- Ensure the Campus teams are aware of the roadmap for Campus services in each account and feel part of the journey.

- Clearly communicate Strategic Account Vision and Plan to account team(s). Ensure they understand the account's commercial model, and their role in helping achieve its strategic priorities and KPI targets
- Highly motivated and engaged team, measured through Engagement metric
- Participate in US Campus regional People, Communications and Engagement Plan and succession planning and development initiatives
- Low voluntary attrition; High retention of HIPOs within AMS

**CLIENT**

- Regular meetings with key stakeholders. Lead Mid and End of Campaign reviews

- Demonstrable Campus expertise
