$3,000 Sign-On Bonus!Feel good about where you work and what you do!We are Aspire Living & Learning, a non-profit human services agency making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults and children with autism and other disabilities.Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Director of Clinical Services to become a collaborating member of the leadership team in our Adult Services division. The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for ensuring implementation of service-wide, class-wide, and individualized academic, behavioral and social skills programming for adults within our programs. The Director of Clinical Services drives the skill building, behavioral and clinical direction for the treatment of persons supported by Aspire Living and Learning. The Director works with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the implementation of comprehensive treatment plans that integrate biological, medical, psychological, psychiatric, behavioral, neurological, intellectual, educational, and emotional components specific to each individual's needs. Our ideal candidate:Must have excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.Must utilize a person centered, family driven approach.Ph.D. or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or closely related field.Must be an active and in good standing BCBA and be a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Connecticut, and eligible to provide BCBA Approved Supervision.Minimum 5 years' experience working with ID/DD population, at least 3 of which have been in supervisory/managerial capacity.Our employees enjoy working with a fun team of dedicated professionals and believe in a healthy work/life balance.
