OF THE JOB:
- Owns creative strategy, in partnership with EVP, Chief
Communications Officer, and delivers innovative, own-able solutions
that support corporate branding goals.
- Drives innovation and pushes creative executive across all
relevant channels (i.e. intranet, portals, social media, employer
branding/recruitment) and vehicles (i.e. company collateral,
executive presentations, office branding).
- Helps shape and inform strategy as a senior member of the PVH
Communications team, bringing a creative lens to the
conversation.
- Translate data and information into aesthetically aligned and
creatively expressed corporate brand campaigns.
- Works with business partners to establish strategic and
creative approaches for all projects.
- Set creative standards and guidelines.
- Represent the creative team with executives and other business
partners, including agencies.
- Leads and develops a high-performing team; providing
inspiration, direction, and coaching to achieve consistent, strong
corporate branding.
- Manages and controls an annual creative budget within
established guidelines.
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment and can easily change
direction when urgent communication needs arise. QUALIFICATIONS &
EXPERIENCE:Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years experience in the creative industry
- 5+ years management experience
- Must possess an excellent portfolio, including examples of
print and digital design work
- Experienced in various forms of media
- Experience working with a corporate in-house team is a valuable
asset.
- Strong background in event design/projects is a significant
advantage.
- Proven experience in directing various video projects,
including commercials, short and long-form narrative content, and
documentaries, is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Keynote and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with UI/UX design is a plus. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent work
experience requiredSkills:

communication skills, inspiration and vision.
- A strong communicator who can execute in a variety of tones and
formats depending on the intentions behind the message.
- Thought leadership: A strong point of view; ability to
contribute to the strategic development of an assignment; creative
ideas and the ability to promote conceptual thinking among the
team.
- A strong ability and experience in leading, directing and
managing a group of cross-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, solve complex problems
while maintaining flexibility in fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable and enthusiastic about bringing ideas to life
across various mediums, clients, and audience.
- Leads, inspires, and develops an in-house team of creative
professionals, aligning the creative approach with business
strategy.
- Educates and manages relationships with key stakeholders on
behalf of the creative team.
- Provides clear guidance on applying our brand guidelines to
maintain an elevated look and feel across all regions and
channels.
- Detail-oriented/innovative traits necessary.
- Very comfortable taking direction from and giving strategic
counsel to senior executives and can both advocate for ideas and,
when necessary, suspend your agenda.
- Experienced relationship-builder, stakeholder manager and most
of all, an enthusiastic leader.
- Superior graphic design and typography skills as well as
experience directing photo shoots.
- Proficient Mac and/or PC skills and proficient with the Adobe
Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. This position
is not eligible for sponsorship.Pay Range:$150,000 - $170,000PVH
currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job
advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements.
These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will
pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the
time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be
determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not
limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant
