The OpportunityWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Monstro as our first dedicated product hire. This is a high-impact role focused on operationalizing and accelerating our product vision across both our consumer and institution platforms. You'll work closely with Monstro's leadership, design, and engineering teams to turn strategy into execution, ensure alignment across teams, and keep projects moving forward at speed.Monstro already has a well-defined product vision and is in full execution mode. Your role is to help drive that forward - translating strategic direction into clear plans, managing delivery, and making sure we're hitting our goals with clarity and momentum. Over time, you'll take on increasing ownership of product areas as we scale.The ideal candidate is a structured, detail-oriented executor who loves making things happen.   • Translate product vision into actionable user stories, documentation, and timelines
  • Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives
  • Track progress across teams and ensure deadlines are metCross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with design and engineering to bring concepts to life
    • Align with leadership to ensure work reflects business priorities
    • Coordinate across teams to remove blockers, manage trade-offs, and keep delivery smoothProduct Operations
      • Maintain organized product specs, requirements, and design documentation
      • Help build and optimize agile workflows, rituals, and tools
      • Monitor product development progress and proactively flag risks or gapsUser-Centered Iteration
        • Collect and synthesize feedback from internal teams and early users
        • Ensure every feature meets expectations and adds value
        • Support testing, QA, and rollout planning to ensure high-quality launchesScalable Foundation Building
          • Help establish product processes, habits, and documentation that scale
          • Partner with leadership to grow the product function as the team expands
          • Over time, take on increasing ownership of product areas and initiativesQualificationsExperience & Skills
            • 5-8 years of product management or product operations experience in high-growth environments
            • Proven track record of owning delivery and execution for B2B, B2C, or platform products
            • Strong familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., sprint planning, Jira, Notion)
            • Experience working closely with engineers and fluency around APIs, data flows, and architecture
            • Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation, coordination, and follow-throughSoft Skills & Mindset
