OverviewNote: This position is Hybrid to NYCAMS seeks a VP,
Global Programmatic Product & Partnerships to lead the development
and evolution of our programmatic product strategy and overall
services offered for clients. This individual will drive innovation
in the programmatic landscape, working closely with DSPs, SSPs,
data providers, and emerging ad technologies. As a key leader, the
VP will collaborate with our direct programmatic team, information
solutions team, and media teams to develop cutting-edge solutions
for our clients.ResponsibilitiesGlobal Programmatic Product
Leadership
- Define and evolve the programmatic product roadmap, ensuring
alignment with client needs and industry trends.
- Drive thought leadership on the future of programmatic
advertising, identifying opportunities for differentiation and
competitive advantage.
- Lead innovation in areas such as AI-driven bidding, retail
media, CTV, identity solutions, and first-party data
activation.
- Oversee integration and optimization of DSPs, SSPs, and data
partners within our programmatic stack.
- Drive incremental growth within our current PMP product
offeringStrategic Partnerships & Industry Innovation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSPs, SSPs, data
providers, and technology partners.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements that drive value
for the organization and our clients.
- Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and
client engagements as a programmatic thought leader.
- Stay ahead of regulatory and privacy changes, advising clients
and internal teams on strategic implications.
- Support international offices with strategically building
programmatic partnerships that specific to certain
markets.Commercial/Account Strategy, Growth & Performance
- Develop and implement revenue strategies, per market, across
client accounts and agency partnerships.
- Maximize monetization opportunities through innovative pricing
models, market/customer segmentation, and value-based selling.
- Partner with the new business team to effectively integrate
programmatic solutions into pitches and proposals.
- Collaborate with account management teams to ensure clients
receive cutting-edge programmatic solutions that drive business
outcomes.
- Work closely with our direct programmatic team to enhance
campaign performance through technology and product
improvements.
- Provide regular mentorship and guidance to internal teams on
best practices and new advancements in programmatic
media.Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor or take over
sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.The salary range for
this role is $160,000 - $200,000. The successful candidate's salary
will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the
subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations,
geography, as well as the candidate's skill set, level of

- Minimum requirement of 10+ years of experience in programmatic
advertising, with deep expertise in both DSPs and SSPs.
- Proven track record of driving innovation in programmatic
product development and media buying required.
- Strong relationships with key programmatic partners (Google
DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Viant, Nexxan, Xandr, Magnite,
PubMatic, etc.) a must-have.
- Expertise in identity solutions, privacy-first advertising, and
emerging addressability strategies required.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with
the ability to translate technical capabilities into business
solutions.
- Proven ability to grow programmatic services and products to
generate incremental revenue for pre-existing and new business
opportunities required.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with
experience engaging C-suite stakeholders and clients a
must-have.
- A passion for digital media, data-driven advertising, and
staying ahead of industry trends is essential.TravelThis position
requires regularly-scheduled travel up to 10% of the time inclusive
of some international travel.
