Commissions: 20-60% of Base SalaryAbout the Role:We're seeking a
strategic, data-driven Director of Acquisition to lead performance
media efforts across Programmatic, Search, and Social channels. The
focus will be on Programmatic media buying and strategy. You will
manage the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns for key clients,
from planning to optimization and reporting. Fluency in DSPs like
DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon, along with experience with
Google Ads and Meta, is essential.This role combines hands-on
campaign management with strategic leadership, collaborating with
internal teams and clients to drive growth. It is ideal for someone
technically skilled in Programmatic media and experienced in
broader acquisition channels and full-funnel marketing.Key
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary expert in Programmatic media while
overseeing Search and Social channel performance
- Develop and execute multi-channel media plans with clear
budgets, KPIs, and testing strategies
- Optimize campaigns in real-time, leveraging audience
segmentation and platform algorithms
- Coordinate with creative and analytics teams for testing and
performance improvements
- Maintain high-level communication with clients, providing
strategic insights and performance reports
- Stay informed about ad tech trends, platform updates, and data
privacy regulations
- Analyze channel performance, synthesize insights, and prepare
executive reports
- Create strategic roadmaps aligned with client business goals,
emphasizing efficiency and scalability
- Mentor junior team members in performance marketing best
practicesMinimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of paid media experience, with deep expertise in
Programmatic (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP)
- Proven success managing large-scale campaigns across Search and
Social platforms
- Strong skills in analytics, forecasting, A/B testing, and
insight translation
- Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets with KPI
accountability
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team
collaboration
- Understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and
incrementality testing
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced
