As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing superior patient service, working collaboratively with our clinical team, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient service with compassion and care, ensuring a positive experience for every patient.
• Work collaboratively with our clinical team to provide high-quality care and ensure seamless communication.
• Supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of our non-clinical team, ensuring efficient operation of the practice.
• Review data daily to evaluate the impact on the practice and make informed decisions.
• Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Verify insurance payment, collection, and balance nightly deposits, ensuring accurate and timely financial management.Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and a premium on leveraging data to drive decision-making.
