a qualified Urgent Care NP in New York! We are seeking an
experienced Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum
tenens assignment in New York, starting Mar 9, 2026. This role
features 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling, focused on urgent
care and emergency medicine cases. Candidates must have a robust
background in urgent care or ER settings. Job Details Location: New
York Start Date: Mar 9, 2026 LOA: 60 days Provider Type Needed:
Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Schedule: 12-hour shifts (11am-11pm
or 1pm-1am), 4-7 shifts per week (flexible) Responsibilities and
Duties Perform suturing, splinting, drainages, and general
superficial wound care Remove foreign bodies and conduct joint
injections Administer occipital nerve blocks Manage a typical
urgent care or ER day-to-day caseload Additional Information Must
have urgent care or ER experience; family practice experience is
not accepted NY Nurse Practitioner license required Board certified
in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care Advanced Life Support (ALS)
and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required Benefits
