for a sports physical therapist who works court-side and
training-side with our athletes on their general wellbeing,
prevention and strength and conditioning training as well as injury
management when necessary. You will work in both campuses with our
athletes, and are part of a holistic training team of squash
coaches, mindset coaches and trainers. What You'll Do: Perform
comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment
plans for athletes of all ages and standards with musculoskeletal
injuries. Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including
manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities, focused on
optimizing squash performance and recovery. Design and implement
injury prevention programs for our High-Performance athletes,
working closely with the coaching staff. Collaborate with the
coaching team on athlete screening, performance enhancement, and
long-term athletic development strategies. Educate athletes and
parents on injury management, recovery protocols, and safe training
practices. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in
compliance with all regulatory standards. Contribute to the
continuous collaboration about how we can improve our athletes'
performance, integrating physical therapy insights into the overall
academy approach. Assist in occasional administrative tasks related
to scheduling and patient management. Be a role model for our High
Performance academy, embodying professionalism, a can-do mentality,
and a commitment to maximizing life and performance. Qualifications
we are looking for: Doctorate of or Master in Physical Therapy
degree from an accredited program. Current Physical Therapy license
in the state of practice (New York and Connecticut). Preferred
minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in sports
physical therapy or orthopedics. Though new grads with clinical
experience in sports will be considered. Strong knowledge of
sports-specific injuries (both acute and subacute), particularly
those common in racquet sports (squash experience is a plus).
Certification in a specialty area (e.g., SCS, OCS) is highly
desirable. Experience in injury prevention and
performance-enhancement strategies. Proactive leader and strong
communicator with excellent verbal, writing, and computer skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and always on time. A genuine
passion for working with athletes and helping them achieve their
potential. Existing eligibility to work in the US is preferred. Who

environment. Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive
compensation package that includes: Base salary starting at $85,000
Benefits including health and dental insurance 401K 3 weeks paid
vacation CEU budget of $1,000 annually This is a full-time,
40-hour-per-week position with weekend and evening shifts as that
is when the sports magic happens. You will work across both our
South Norwalk, CT and Port Chester, NY campuses (just 15 miles
