Job Description:
Albany Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse II:
D4N to join our innovative healthcare team, where medical

and patient outcomes on our dynamic D4N unit. As a Clinical Nurse
II, you will be central to implementing our patient care protocols
while working in a stimulating environment that values continuous
professional development. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patient health and
record signs within our electronic health record system. Educate
patients and their families on treatment and care plans. Coordinate
with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic care.
Implement patient care plans and contribute to unit operations.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing best
practices. Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform
necessary medical procedures. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Proficient in using healthcare technology and
electronic health records. Ability to work effectively in a team
and independently. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice
in the state. BLS/ACLS certification.
