Job Description:

Jersey Shore Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality care and support tailored to the specific recovery processes of our patients. You will work closely with a team of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to execute personalized healthcare plans and ensure the optimal implementation of rehabilitation services. This position offers a chance to directly impact patient recovery and make a significant contribution to their journey back to health. Assist in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a healthcare provider. Perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to support patient care delivery. Record patient history and personal information while ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity. Measure vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature. Administer medications and injections as directed by the healthcare provider. Help with patient rehabilitation exercises. Prepare and handle medical instruments and supplies. Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-up care. Strong clinical and administrative abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. Detailed knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) from an accredited program.
