Position Description We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine
Physician (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient practice in
Long Island, NY. This role offers the opportunity to provide
comprehensive primary and preventive care in a collaborative,
patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
outpatient consultations for adult patients across a wide range of
medical conditions Diagnose and manage chronic diseases such as
hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and respiratory
conditions Provide preventive care, routine screenings, and
wellness counseling Develop individualized treatment plans and
monitor patient progress through follow-ups Coordinate care with
subspecialists to ensure continuity and quality outcomes Educate
patients on lifestyle modifications and disease prevention ? Ideal

Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine Minimum 3 years of
