Title: Visual Merchandising Coordinator - HybridMandatory skills:in-store marketing, ISM, marketing campaign graphics,VM tools, product placement,InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop,Adobe Creative Suite, Plan-o-grams, Space Management, VM Tools, Instructional GuidesDescription:MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:VM ExecutionResponsible for creating in-store marketing (ISM) guides with the objective achieving consistent standards and execution across all stores.These guides are used to set up both marketing campaign graphics (ISM) and in Plan-o-grams (POGs) that direct shifts in product placement for all existing store types.Update brand flow and store facings for all brands in each store design and segmentation.Availability to attend and observe weekly creative status call for familiarization with store formats.Required Software Skills:Professional level skill with InDesign and Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite)PowerPointExcelPhotoshop ExperienceMust have experience making executional VM tools or instructional guidesExperience in translating a list of products into a plan-o-gram (space management)Notes:Hybrid- 2x a week into Office8:00am to 5:00pmVIVA USA is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a professional working environment that is free from discrimination and unlawful harassment.
