America! Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to
established recipes and standards. Ensure food quality and
presentation meet our high standards. Maintain cleanliness and
organization of the kitchen and work areas. Follow food safety and
sanitation guidelines consistently. Assist with inventory
management and stock rotation. Collaborate with team members to
ensure efficient kitchen operations Preferred: 1 years of proven
experience as sushi chef or line cook in high volume operation
Knowledge of Japanese/Asian ingredients in sushi preparation,
proper fish handling and sanitation principles Effective
organizational skills Ability to work under pressure in a
fast-paced environment Ability to be proactive and self-directed
