multiple myeloma. Legend Biotech is seeking an IT Infrastructure
Service Specialist (Contract) as part of the IT team based in
Raritan, NJ. Role Overview The IT Infrastructure Service Specialist
(Contract) is a dynamic role that bridges the gap between
technology and user experience. As the frontline of IT services for
users and C-level individuals, the IT Infrastructure Service
Specialist ensures seamless technological interactions within the
organization. This position involves a blend of technical prowess
and customer service skills to support, manage, and optimize IT
systems and services. Key Responsibilities Providing IT support for
users as well as C- level individuals in the assigned sites.
Assistance with conference room meeting support. Installing,
configuring, and maintaining PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices.
Following-up on client questions and problems (hardware and
software) until resolved. Documenting issues and resolutions,
producing reports when required. Providing administrative support
for IT systems, including user role and access permissions
Improving and maintaining customer satisfaction Interacting with
external service providers for additional support Contributing to
testing and system quality compliance. Following corporate policies
and procedures. And other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in the field of information
technology, computer science, engineering or science is preferred
Relevant certifications such as CCNA and A are preferred Minimally
3-5 years IT onsite support experience, preferably in
pharmaceutical or life science industries Solid knowledge of
Windows OS, MS Office, iOS Strong written and verbal communication
skills this a must. Ability to work independently and solve
problems based on guidelines and experience. Strong quality and
customer service mindset. Ability and willingness to learn new
technologies and skills. Knowledge of system and network
administration, cloud based applications is a plus. Experience in
Office 365, Excel macro, Linux and/or Windows Shell scripting is a
