We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Code & Zoning Compliance team. Responsibilities: Serve as point of contact for clients, building management, contractors and city agency personnel for code & zoning compliance related tasks Prepare and coordinate submission of project documents Conduct City Agency research where applicable Update in-house data management system (ABS) Utilize City Agency websites in document preparation and submission Enter data, update documents and electronic applications via agency portals Cooperate with other team members to coordinate project completion Aid in keeping the team organized and running smoothly by accomplishing assigned tasks. Job Requirements: 1 to 2 years of administrative experience Strong written and oral communication skills Strong organizational skills Attention to detail Ability to multi-task Ability to learn new skills Ability to adapt to new technology Unsolicited resumes from third party agencies will not be accepted.
