This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in full-stack development, capable of leading innovative projects and enhancing our digital platforms. The successful candidate will develop comprehensive solutions that improve client experiences and drive the financial performance of Fidelity Investments. Lead complex full stack development projects from concept to implementation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and system architecture Ensure robustness, performance, and security of financial applications Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of technical excellence Stay abreast of the latest trends in technology and finance to drive innovation Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and Java Experience with React, Node.js, and cloud services (AWS, Azure) Strong database management skills with SQL and NoSQL Expertise in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices Understanding of microservices architectures and API development Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) AWS Certified Solutions Architect Oracle Certified Java Programmer
