together. The Crown Is Yours As a Player Development Executive, New
Jersey , you’ll play a pivotal role in growing and elevating our
VIP player base in one of our most dynamic markets. You’ll build
meaningful relationships with premier players, driving engagement
and net revenue through proactive outreach and personalized
service. Working cross-functionally, you’ll help deliver a
seamless, high-touch VIP experience that reflects our commitment to
innovation, entertainment, and responsible gaming. Every
interaction you lead will strengthen loyalty and shape the future
of our VIP community. What you’ll do Build and nurture strong
relationships with premier players, delivering personalized service
that increases loyalty and lifetime value. Drive key VIP sales
metrics by proactively engaging players, identifying growth
opportunities, and contributing to market share and net revenue
goals. Execute VIP policies and guidelines, including Responsible
Gaming standards, ensuring compliance while maintaining a
best-in-class player experience. Analyze player data and
performance trends to uncover insights that optimize engagement
strategies and maximize player value. Proactively recommend
tailored, solution-based enhancements that elevate the VIP customer
journey. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations
efficiently and ensure timely, thoughtful solutions for players.
What you’ll bring A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or at
least 5 years of experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or
Marketing industry. A proven track record of driving revenue
growth, increasing customer engagement, and managing player or
client relationships. Strong analytical skills with the ability to
interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into
action. Demonstrated experience improving operational efficiency
and implementing strategic initiatives that deliver measurable
results. A passion for enhancing the player experience, paired with
a positive, team-oriented mindset. The ability to obtain and
maintain required State Gaming Licenses. LI-MZ1 Join Our Team We’re
a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered
in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to
obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a
condition of employment. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the
process if this is relevant to your role. The US base salary range
for this full-time position is 88,400.00 USD - 110,500.00 USD, plus
bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. The compensation
information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for
new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and
