offices across the region, we are a well-established full-service

expanding and seeking an experienced Complex Commercial Litigation
Associate Attorney to join a growing team handling sophisticated
commercial and financial services litigation matters. This role is
ideal for a seasoned litigator who values courtroom work client
relationships and long-term professional stability within a
supportive firm environment. Responsibilities Conduct legal
research and analysis related to complex commercial financial
services and real estate litigation matters Draft pleadings motions
briefs and related litigation documents with accuracy and
efficiency Represent clients in hearings depositions mediations and
other complex litigation proceedings including class action and
title insurance matters Manage an assigned caseload independently
while collaborating with senior attorneys on complex or
high-exposure matters Qualifications JD from an ABA-approved law
school with an active New Jersey license in good standing (New York
and/or Pennsylvania Bar admission a plus) 4 years of complex
commercial and financial services litigation experience with class
action and real estate litigation experience required (title
insurance experience a plus) Strong organizational communication
and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced high-volume environment Proficiency with legal research
platforms case management systems and electronic document platforms
