Ideal Candidate: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active bar license in good standing in state of practice. Minimum 3 years’ experience in estate planning or related practice areas. Demonstrated experience in Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning. Capable of independently onboarding and managing clients. Multi-state licensure or reciprocity highly preferred.
