Description:

Our client, is in need of a customer service representative to join their team. They are a specialized dealer of tile, concrete, stone, flooring etc. Most of their business is e-commerce, but they do have a showroom and they will have contractors who come in to shop on occasion. This is not like a Home Depot/Lowe's however. Because these are specialized products, regular civilian customers do not shop here, it's only contractors.

Daily Responsibilities:

Handling 50-60 inbound/outbound calls from contractors regarding their orders, products they are interested in, or returns of their products.

Reaching out to vendors to provide updates on the inventory of products

Data entry of all information from customers into their ERP software (Oracle-based NetSuite)

There will be a little troubleshooting involved, either answering the questions or route the call to the best person to answer the questions and provide returns on orders

This person will be responsible for going back into the warehouse and getting the orders for customers upon pick up.
