The American Federation of Musicians and Employers' Pension Fund (AFM-EPF) is a defined benefit multi-employer pension plan for members of the American Federation of MusiciansAbout American Federation of Musicians and Employers Pension Fund:The American Federation of Musicians and Employers' Pension Fund (AFM-EPF) was established for the exclusive purpose of providing certain pension and related benefits to Covered Employees and their Beneficiaries under the Plan and shall further provide the means for financing and maintaining the operation and administration of the Trust and the Plan in accordance with the Trust Agreement, the Plan, and applicable law.--Job Description:Produce statement of wages or ad-hoc reports to determine an accurate pension amountDevelop competency with internal database functions, (proprietary programs) Microfilm and Microfiche reader equipment, and the EDRS system, to obtain the exact amount listed for reported earnings and contributionsAssist in various research projectsIdentify and analyze data that needs to be correctedAnswer incoming telephone calls and respond to participant benefit inquiriesContact Canadian office for records----Job Qualifications:--HS Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred1 to 2 years of working experience supporting an executive or departmental leaderDetailed-oriented while also being able to multi-taskExceptional customer service skillsAbility to manage and retain sensitive and confidential informationComputer skills including Office 365, PDF applications/Adobe, Conference Call/Video Conferencing applications (Teams)Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.#LI-HybridThe pay range for this role is:40,000 - 50,000 USD per year(Fund Office)PIc575cf15b85f-25660-37668628
