Job Description:
Job Description The Opportunity We're launching Canada's first
affordable GLP-1 weight management platform in January 2026 — timed
perfectly to generic semaglutide patent expiry. While Hims & Hers
and others will fight over the US market, we're building the
Canadian category leader with a 12-18 month head start. We need a
CMO to own medical credibility across all patient-facing content.
This is a part-time role with a small stipend equity — you're
betting on the upside with us. Great fit if you already have a
personal brand in health/wellness — or want to build one. Every
article you write gets your byline. 100 pieces of MD-authored
content = serious credibility. Use it to launch your own thing
later, grow a following, or just stack your portfolio. The Team
CEO: Serial entrepreneur, previously built and exited in
health/wellness space. Knows how to get from 0 to 1. COO:
Operations and finance background. Runs the machine — budgets,
timelines, team accountability, investor relations. CGO: Growth and
marketing. Deep experience in paid acquisition, brand building, and
direct response. Owns creative and customer acquisition. Head of
Market Ops: Canadian healthcare regulatory specialist. Pharmacy
partnerships, physician network, compliance infrastructure. Knows
the Canadian system inside out. What You'll Do (Two Paths) Path A —
The Face: You're the MD byline and on-camera talent. We write the
content, you review for accuracy, lend your name and credibility.
Lower time commitment. Path B — Hands-On (Preferred): You actually
create the content using our AI tools. We'll level you up — teach
you Claude, show you how SEO works, how to think about marketing.
You leave this with a real skillset, not just a byline. You bring
the medical expertise, AI handles the heavy lifting. 10x faster
than traditional writing. No prior AI or marketing experience
needed for either path. But if you want to learn, we'll teach you
everything. ? You're a Fit If • MD, DO, NP, or PA with active
license (Canadian preferred, US acceptable) • Familiar with GLP-1s,
weight management, or metabolic health • Excited about equity
upside vs guaranteed cash • Path A: 5-8 hrs/week | Path B: 10-15
hrs/week for 6 months Compensation Small monthly stipend equity.
This is a part-time role — you keep your day job. We're pre-launch
and bootstrapped, so this is about betting on the upside together.
Plus: legit cofounder experience on your resume. You're not
advising, you're building. To Apply (Async Interview) Answer these
in your application: 1. Which path? Face only (Path A) or hands-on
creator (Path B)? Why? 2. Availability: Can you commit to the hours
for your path for 6 months? What does your schedule look like? 3.
AI Experience: Have you used ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools?
For what? (Fine if no — we'll teach you) 4. Writing Experience:
Have you written articles, patient education materials, or any
long-form content? Link examples if you have them. 5. The
Challenge: If selected, we'll give you a paid test: write one
1,500-word article using our Claude Project and a reference article
we provide. Takes ~2 hours. We pay $100 for the test regardless of
outcome. Also include: Your CV or LinkedIn, and a 2-sentence take
on why GLP-1s are interesting to you.
