We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator with previous commercial experience to join our team!

What you'll be doing

• Manage all shipping and receiving for orders delivered to our facility.
• Inventory, organize, and distribute material with-in our facility and/or projects off-site.
• Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic.
• Assemble field material and tool orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves and deliver to jobsites as needed.
• Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
• Open bales, crates and other containers.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
• Weigh and count items for distribution within facility to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Other duties may include but not limited to facility maintenance indoor/outdoor such as sweeping, dusting, shoveling, and mopping.
• Ensure all fleet vehicles are maintained and has all necessary fleet documentation.
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.
• Prepare parcels for mailing.
• Wear the proper safety equipment. What we're looking for
  • Must have knowledge of electrical materials and tools
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects
  • Able to maintain an active DOT medical card
  • Ability to ascend/descend ladders
  • Possession of reliable transportation
  • Proficient communication skills
