IT Operations: --- Responsible for all Network Infrastructure, office and mobile automation.

--- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to systems, software and hardware --- Configure and maintain appropriate software and functions according to specifications --- Check computer hardware (HDD, mouse, keyboard, etc.) to ensure functionality --- Phone setup and monitoring --- Hardware/software installation, updates, configuration, troubleshooting and issue resolution --- Configuration and administration of AD, DHCP, DNS, Domain Controllers, LAN/WAN --- Maintain daily performance of computer systems --- Run diagnostic problems to resolve problems --- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems --- Monitor and Support Backup Software Systems --- Monitor Network Traffic, Exchange Email Server and Firewall rules --- Responsible for tracking hardware/software inventor

Day to day on-site AV & VTC production &operations --- AV/Technical knowledge of current conference room technology (Crestron controllers, Microsoft Teams and Skype) --- Preventative maintenance room checks each day (start and finish).

Basic equipment tests.

--- AV setup for executive level meetings (sharing content to displays, initiating video and audio calls) --- Ability to perform basic AV maintenance (replacing bad HDMI cables, dongles, etc.) --- Set up and operate various broadcasting equipment such as recording, video and editing equipment (Yamaha digital/analog mixing boards, Adobe After Effects, Logic Pro X, etc.) --- Manage content of broadcasts or presentations.

--- Oversee microphone placement --- Setup and proper integration of audio feed --- Lead and coordinate third party vendors for services and event technologies.

--- Ensure all equipment is shut down and in cases where portables are involved secured for next business day.

--- Testing of each individual piece of equipment ensure equipment is set to factory specifications to obtain optimum performance report system problems immediately including solutions and/or recommendations.

--- Review schedules for next day requests to ensure equipment is operational.

--- Connect video conference calls as needed.
