Join us and shape our future-and yours.Role OverviewWe are launching an exciting Quality Lead opportunity and invite interested candidates to connect with us. The role involves supporting contract manufacturing locations, reporting on performance metrics, maintaining Quality Systems documentation, and participating in reviews. You will represent EMQA on projects, develop or update SOPs, and support the Quality Account Manager for products produced at EM sites.Key Responsibilities

• Support production and batch disposition of OTC Drugs at External Manufacturing (EM) sites.
• Manage quality assurance and controls for solids and liquids at EM sites.
• Address quality activities impacting consumer safety or supply chain, including product release and distribution.
• Support quality performance metrics such as Change Controls, Manufacturing/Packaging Directions, Stability Samples, Batch reviews, Investigations, CAPA, Audits, and supplier management.
• Assist in new product introductions, equipment and process changes, technology transfers, and quality agreements at EM sites.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Science, Physical Science, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical FDA-regulated industry.
  • Experience in OTC/pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of cGMPs.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams and understanding site quality activities.Preferred Qualifications
    • Knowledge of QA principles in pharma, medical devices, biologicals, or OTC products.
    • Experience with product transfers, operations, validation, and external manufacturing management.What's in it for You
