appointments, we've got more work than we know what to do with. Our
team spent lunch hours at the shop telling jokes; enjoying the

doing light duty repairs (oil changes and tires), cleaning on
customer vehicles, test driving cars, maintaining shop inventory,
various shop tasks, driving customers to and from places, picking
up parts, cleaning the shop, and being a willing to help the other
team members when needed so that we can give our customers a
