Must be a U.S. resident and 18 years old Life and Health Insurance
Producer License preferred (or willingness to obtain — we help with
licensing) Comfortable with phone, computer, and digital
communication tools - use your own equipment Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Self-disciplined, coachable , and
goal-driven Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
