is seeking a Strategic Sales Executive to expand our commercial
business across Connecticut and surrounding markets. This is a
high-impact, B2B-focused role responsible for developing long-term
commercial relationships and closing high-value service agreements.
You will identify, pursue, and develop strategic opportunities with
property managers, builders, HOAs, real estate professionals, and
commercial property owners. The idea is to build relationships with
key decision makers with businesses and companies in the area. What
You’ll Do Build and manage a strategic pipeline of commercial
prospects Develop relationships with key decision-makers and
influencers Execute targeted outreach and account strategies
Conduct site inspections and recommend tailored pest control
solutions (We will train on this!) Own the full sales cycle from
first contact to signed agreement (With Administrative Support)
Represent Debug at industry events, association meetings, and local
networking opportunities Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
(FieldRoutes, SmarterLaunch) Collaborate with operations and
service teams to ensure strong client outcomes What Growth Looks
Like Developing a strong commercial pipeline over time Building
repeatable referral and partnership channels Increasing deal size
and close rates as relationships mature Becoming a trusted
commercial partner within the market Requirements: You’re a Great
Fit If You… Have 3 years of B2B or commercial sales experience Are
comfortable with longer sales cycles and consultative selling Enjoy
strategic outreach and relationship building Are self-directed,
organized, and coachable Are confident working with business owners
and decision-makers Are comfortable using CRM tools and modern
sales technology (including ChatGPT) Compensation & Benefits Base
salary: $60K–$75K Uncapped commission with tiered accelerators
Target Year 1 OTE: $100K–$130K Ramp commission paid during initial
3 month onboarding period ( We will pay you as if you are 100% to
goal for your first 3 months while you ramp) Company vehicle, gas
