Location: Islandia, NY Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Part-Time;
flexible days as needed) Hourly Rate: $25/hr About the Role The HR
Coordinator will support day-to-day human resources operations,
focusing heavily on payroll support and general HR administration.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized,
and comfortable handling confidential information. The position
works closely with HR leadership to ensure smooth and accurate
execution of HR processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist with
payroll processing, including timesheet collection, verification,
and troubleshooting discrepancies. Maintain employee records and
ensure timely updates within HR systems. Support onboarding and
offboarding procedures (documentation, coordination, system
updates). Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll,
policies, and HR procedures. Assist with benefits, HR reporting,
file management, and compliance tracking. Provide general
administrative support to the HR team as needed. Required
Qualifications: At least 2 years of human resources experience in
an administrative or coordinator capacity. Experience with payroll
(processing, timesheets, reconciliation, or similar). Strong
attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage
multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS
experience a plus. ] Preferred Skills: Previous experience in a
fast-paced or multi-site environment. Strong communication and
organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and
collaboratively. Pay Details: $25.00 per hour Search managed by:
