Job Description Job Description Family Nurse Practitioner (Mandarin-Speaking) Location: Brooklyn, NY Position Type: Part-Time (2–3 days per week 1 weekend per month) A well-established, community-focused outpatient primary care practice in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Family Nurse Practitioner to join a growing team dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally competent care. This role is ideal for an FNP who values meaningful patient relationships, flexibility, and working in a diverse, fast-paced clinical environment serving patients of all ages. Position Overview The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. You will work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to deliver patient-centered care, with strong administrative and operational support. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan Conduct routine checkups, manage acute conditions, and treat chronic diseases Provide in-office telemedicine visits as needed Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Educate patients on wellness, preventive care, and disease management Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans under physician supervision Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Schedule Part-Time: 2–3 days per week One weekend per month Consistent, predictable schedule with work-life balance Compensation & Benefits $100 per hour Paid Time Off (PTO) plus paid holidays Full medical malpractice coverage CME support and additional benefits Qualifications Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant certification Active New York State license Fluency in Mandarin (required) Primary care or family practice experience preferred Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach Commitment to providing culturally competent care If you’re a Mandarin-speaking Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant looking for a flexible, well-compensated role where you can truly impact your community, we’d love to connect.
