Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license Tuberculosis (TB)
screening/QuantiFERON/Chest X-Ray (within 1 year) Proof of U.S.
work authorization (valid, unexpired documents: government issued
ID) Reliable transportation Responsibilities: Assist with personal
care (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, medication
reminders) Support mobility (walking, transfers, repositioning,
toileting) Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping/laundry
